The IntenSati Method

This is an incredible book that links the mind and body to create a unique fitness program. Inten derives from intention. Sati is a Pali word that means mindfulness.

IntenSati is the practice of keeping your attention on your thoughts, guiding them and your self-talk deliberately to activate emotions that will empower your fitness goals.

It uses a combination of meditation and yoga to create a workout for both the mind and body.

I think this is going to be just what I have been looking for to get my life back on track.
